So I have been in banking for over 5 years and I have been with Capital One for 2 almost 3 years now. I found out they are closing my branch and all of the associates got severance packages. We are closing in July and there is no gaurentee that they can find me a job here within the company. I am really worried because in July I will be 5 months pregnant and if I start a new job I'm worried I won't receive all the benefits that I need in order to survive. Has anyone ever been in a situation where they had to switc jobs like this?
