My first ultrasound is tomorrow and I'm both excited and nervous! I'm high risk due to having systemic lupus. They want me to do an early ultrasound just to make sure baby is growing and everything is going as it should. This is my first pregnancy and I've been terrified of losing it.. Even more so since I have lupus. If I could get some prayers and positive vibes sent my way I would greatly appreciate it!
