I'm getting ready to take a nap now! I usually nap from around 5-5:30/whoever my fiancé gets home then I try to go to bed at 8:30. He wakes me up around midnight when he goes to bed so I can pee, then I sleep until about 3 and have to pee again. My alarm goes off at 5:45 but lately I've been ignoring it and getting up at 6:30. Even with all of that sleeping (and I sleep HARD), I yawn all day at work. Today my boss sent me home to nap haha

I rest on the couch when I get home from work. My husband and I usually go to sleep between 9:30-10PM. Wake up about 6:30. It's so hard to get out of bed in the AM!

Yes a nap everyday is required, I take one for at least 10-15 minutes
