I've worked too hard to get in the shape I'm in to let it go. That's gonna be one of the first questions I ask my doctor when I finally get that positive: what work outs are safe? Cause working out is my stress relief and happy place. I will find a way to work out as long as I can!

Worked out my entire pregnancy... ran and continued to lift weights until the last month, then I would just do 45 min or so on the eliptical every other day. Kept me feeling great, and I only gained 25 pounds. Had a super healthy baby, and a quick and easy labor. It made it a lot easier to lose the baby weight after too...I look better now after 3 kids than I did in high school! 
I did work out before my pregnancy though, I do not recommend starting an exercise regimen after becoming pregnant...stick to walking!

I don't work out now if anything a baby would just be a better excuse than " we'll start Monday" 😂

I'm continuing to work out but moderately rather than pushing myself to the absolute limit. Midwife has said this is the best way to do it. Lots of water and don't overheat. X

I didn't and I wish I had. I'm super out of shape now. Like REALLY out of shape. And working out has been difficult because I know I'm just going to be miserable for a while

I don't feel like I'd want to do anything intense... Maybe like yoga because prenatal yoga is supposed to be really good for you... Hell, yoga is good for you in general. Lol

I'm just going to do a lot of walking throughout. Nothing intense but walking should be good lol
