I just got a Luna cup, but I have yet to use it. I tumble almost everyday and I don't know if I can tumble with it in. I'll be going upside down a lot so would it not be good for the blood to be pushed back in? I'm going to get my period in less than a week, so I don't know what to do. Thanks for your help!
