Not sure what to do

Im inlove this guy. Ive been trying to get him back for 3 months. He was in a accident and lost his memories. Me and another girl are fighting for him. I was dating him. Then his family got involved. And ive been trying to get him back. This girl just got un the picture a few days before his accident. He came over last night cuz i have the most memories with him. I was trying to see if i could trigger anything. We ended up having sex. Then he tells me we cant have sex anymore. He doesn't want sex clogging judgment and his choice. Idk what to do. How to feel.
