Depressed and gaining weight and stressed
Lately I've just been in a rut I've been so stressed and so depressed and gaining weight even though I'm not eating a lot. I try going to the gym but trying to manage school, working out, and work is stressful as well as having a social life and being with my bf it's like the only time I'm not stressed and can relax for a little is when I'm not in my house and I'm with my bf. It's like as soon as I walk in the door o get yelled at for not going to the gym or being so fat and it's taking a toll on me I'm really trying to lose weight but it's difficult to and manage all my school work
