Physically it doesn't really feel any different except after when everything is wetter & it will actually fall back out (kinda gross, I know), but for some reason to me it's just so much hotter. I guess because he isn't abruptly pulling out or because it makes me feel emotionally more connected. I have an IUD but my current partner insists on pulling out anyway just to be doubly safe & sometimes I wish he didn't.
