Risks of saying due date is later than what it is?

My SIL is convinced that if she says her due date is 3 weeks later than what it is and convince the doctors to let her keep it in her for longer her baby won't come out looking like a potato 😂😂😂😂

The baby is going to come when it wants to. There is nothing she can do to stop it. All babies look like potatos 😂 old men potatos

I was talking to my L&D nurses today & they said that around the 42-43 week the placenta shows signs of "dying" meaning that after that long the placenta starts to slow & even stop the flow of oxygen & nutrients to the baby...I wouldn't recommend going 3 weeks longer then you have too.. The babies head is potato shaped because of the narrow birth canal.

I was born three and a half weeks late with no complications. 
It's her decision how she wants to bring this baby into the world, not yours. Let her make that decision without your judgement or nay saying. Family are supposed to be supportive.
