C section scar question

I'm 10 1/2 weeks post partum and everything has healed great. Except today I noticed part of my scar is red and raised, no warm or anything. But kind of feels like a pimple or ingrown hair, yet I don't see one (maybe the hair is super deep?). Has this happened to anyone?
