Spinal headaches?

Hi there, I had my baby on the 30th and a few days after started having awful headaches and was found to have had spinal headaches from my c section. I had a blood patch done two days ago, still feeling nauseous and back pain just wondering if anyone else has had experience with this after their baby? Thanks!

Ugh yes! 3.5 wks post c/s and figured it was just hormones/lack of sleep but I've had horrible headaches, worse when I get up from laying/sitting and walk around. And my ears feel Funny. I don't want to be taking pain meds but I've been taking ibuprofen 600 for several days now. Will give  it a few more days before I call dr. I feel Your pain!

I had wicked headaches after my section too. I still occasionally get them but they were so bad to the point where I needed to go lock myself away and sleep. My guess actually told my to drink coffee as the caffeine opens up the vessels in the neck. I never asked why they were closed but I assume it has to do with being frozen and what not. Perhaps the spinal close certain vessels causing us to not feel anything. I've been drinking coffee and pop and it actually works wonders. It's worth a shot
