I see alot of post about preseed does it really work

I've used it, and am pregnant with my 2nd viable pregnancy. It's basically a lube that won't hinder or harm the sperm like most lubes will, creating as natural an environment as possible while still have comfortable sex.

I've done a bunch or research. As far as using for a lubricant, the 3 best lubricants in all the research I've done have been Pre-seed, undescended baby oil/mineral oil, and canola oil. I found very little on conceive plus. I bought mineral oil because it's $2 for a large bottle whereas $17 for a tiny tube of Preseed that's known for causing yeast infections because it adds sugars to the vagina & alters it's ph making me have to spend more money to get rid of the yeast infection. Preseed also burned me like crazy & in the throes of baby dancing it was a pain to get that lid off lol. Ran it by my Dr & the midwife I work with, both said its a personal choice but mineral oil, like Preseed doesn't cause any immediate changes to sperm, however, both long term can start to affect them. As far for mimicking the CM if you have little Preseed is a good choice. If you have plenty CM then it's really not necessary. Funny thing is mustard oil made sperm react like they do when they sense an egg, they got hyperactive ! I might be looking into that for my hubby lol!
