8dpo....Symptoms?

So today makes 8dpo. I been nauseous since I left my bed to go to work and I didn't feel any better until I had a shower, dinner, and laid back in bed. I been exhausted all day in the side of my left breast is in pain. I also been hungry in would snack on things at work but still very hungry. My cm is very creamy today. Just curious if this could be pregnancy symptoms? Dont want to think I am without seeing a positive on a test.
