Hi ladies question at my hospital after giving birth they told me to spray water with the peri bottle and pat dry

When showering use light soap water.

I went in to check on another issue with my OBG she said no need to spray water after going pee or using soap water when showering. Basically let me pee heal it "our bodies are made for labor and healing" . I questioned it because it seems my vagina will be unclean after going pee..did anyone else get the same institutions? . I don't want to get an infection by not rinsing after going pee. Thank you in advance
