Condom spillage ?

My boyfriend and I just had sex last night and we used a condom. I was on top when he came and we kind of sat there like that. And then I got off and when he went to the bathroom to dispose of the condom he said that there was a decent amount of cum at the base of his Dick and he told me to get cleaned up. And I honestly didn't feel any on me. I honestly don't think that any got inside of me, and he wants to maybe get the morning after pill. I'm just confused on what to do I suppose. Do you think that some could have gotten in me? I wasn't sitting all the way down on it so... Please help!
