Don't take it personal honey

Okay, so I've always been a loner way before I met my SO. I just have my days where I just need some "me time" to just do whatever the heck I want which will more than likely be stuffing my face and binge watching my favorite TV show. I've been running around so much lately so I haven't had that time to chill like I need/want. Now that I'm pregnant, my SO wants to spend as much time together as possible. I'm not complaining because I appreciate and love him even more for it but sometimes a girl just needs her space. I always give him his guy time or whatever.

How do I say I don't feel like being bothered without sounding like a b****?
