Before I got on Zoloft and birth control, I was masturbating maybe three times a week, and several times during each session. I started at like ten and I'm 17, still haven't had sex and don't really feel the need. It's healthy to masturbate just watch out for numbness, and if you start to get use to the way you've been doing it, switch it up.
