Hi everyone, I was told by my doctor to not insert anything into my vagina for the first 24 hours after the IUD insertion to make sure infection does not take place. That was almost 48 hours ago. However she didn't mention anything about hot tubs and I know they can be a cesspool for infection and disease. Does anyone have any ideas of whether or not I can go in one?
