Am I crazy, or?

Question

So this morning after I took my shower, I laid back down in bed before eating breakfast and decided to feel my pelvic area just to see if it's hardened any. (I know, I'm super anxious!!) And I swore I felt a little tiny knot on my left side just above my pubic line. I'll be 12 weeks on Monday.

Was that baby or am I crazy? I felt on the other side, and in the middle and it wasn't hard till I went to my left side.
