Enough to be considered positive?

I know this is a faint line but is it enough to consider it positive and change to pregnant on here? I had a miscarriage in December so I'm a little nervous. But that time the test was super obvious, this time I'm not sure!

That's how mine of that brand looked in the AM then took first response at 5pm and got this. I'd test again
