Has anyone ever had bad diarrhea as morning sickness

I am currently 6 days late for my period and ever since the 4th of April I've had very very frequent bowel movements. They've only gotten worse since then. They've turned from regular bowel movements to diarrhea every day all day at this point and I get very nauseas but the vomit comes out the other end pretty much. I can barely get out of bed to do anything cause as soon as I do, I get nauseas. I know there's a stomach bug going around but what are the odds of me having that since I've missed my period and it only gets worse every day..

Anyone else have diarrhea as a morning sickness when you were pregnant?
