I'm due November 26 and Imm wondering when's best time to have baby shower or how early?? Just thinking ahead ... What are you November mommies thinking??

I was thinking end of September or Early October  but not having a Baby shower I want to have a Gender  Party so My BF, Myself and our family can find out sex of our baby at the same time.  My older Sister will be the only one to know the sex before the rest of us.

My first was due on Nov 26th, and it's the same this time around. Oops. :) We had the baby shower in mid September. It was perfect. Not too early, but not to late so I could still get the important things. The BEST thing my girlfriend did was have everyone bring at least one bag or box of diapers. I didn't haven't to buy any for the first 6 months (minus some fillers for sizes).

With my first I did it at 6mos. That way there was plenty of time to get anything I needed that wasn't given at the shower. Many registries offer you a discount for items left on your registry after the event is over, so it is a good way to save some money.
