Birth control and nursing
Hi! I'm 5 weeks pp and seen my doctor a few days ago and got released. I am BF and he gave me the "mini pill" which is progesterone only birth control. I read up on it and it can still decrease milk supply. I'm just worried it will! I have worked hard to get my supply up and I just don't want it to die off :(
