Blackout Tattoos: why?! And is it even worth it? (Pics)
Okay so this is fairly becoming more and more popular and it makes no sense! People are getting blackout tattoos and calling it art. They are literally get huge chunks of their skin just tattooed with black ink. Which some of us with tattoos know that it's just gonna fade out into an ugly mess... I'm all for tattoos, I have many but this doesn't make sense to me. Gonna add pictures so you know what I'm talking a out exactly.
