it's not 100 percent effective, not even in the slightest. it's the most risky thing you can do. if getting pregnant would absolutely devastate you and you are not ready- use a contraceptive method. sometimes there is sperm in precum, and you shouldn't absolutely depend on pulling out because a guy can ejaculate a little before pulling completely out, it's not something you can control.

Nothing but abstinence is 100%, hubby and I have been using the pull out method for 6 1/2 years and it never failed us. Now actively TTC.

Used nothing but pull out for over 6 and a half years - worked for us! Then the first time we tried to conceive, we scored! Pregnant the first shot of trying.
