Belly bandit?

Have any of you used a belly bandit? I'm 2.5 weeks postpartum and just started wearing mine yesterday. Today I noticed I felt really crampy and my PP bleeding went from merely spotting to much heavier and clotty. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Should I be concerned?

I have been using a belly bandit and the days I use it, it's the same as you. Heavier bleeding and cramping. It's causing your uterus to shrink a bit faster than if you weren't using it... My ob wants me to use it for a couple weeks since I had a c section.

I am wearing one, I'm almost 2.5 wk pp too but have been wearing it since about day 2 or so. It hasn't given me cramps though. That may just be your body trying to clean itself out more, maybe your uterus has to shrink some more. Sorry I don't have any real answers for you! Just some guesses. :/
