Spotting??

Weird question.... I stopped birth control after 6 months or 6 cycles on it. Previously I have had 5 miscarriages so I was told to wait 6 cycles to prevent another pregnancy. Now that I have stopped I had a "period" for my 4 days like usual and I am now spotting 10 days later. Am I getting my period again or is this part of my body getting used to not being on birth control?.... Thanks in advance!
