Fertility advice with PCOS

Does anybody have any advice on PCOS? I have been put on medicine containing progesterone and have had horrible side effects. I was put on metformin to regulate my period and had every single side effect on the list. I'm not sure what else to try. Me and my partner have been trying for 2 years and I still haven't had any luck. Any advice?
