Help me please!

Ok so 2 weeks ago I found out I had a uti and I treated it and I'm starting to think that it's not a uti bc whatever it is hasn't gone away that much yet. Well tonight my partner and I had sex for the 1st time in almost 3 weeks and he told me that the sex was different than usual. I asked him what he meant by different and he said that my vag felt warmer and raw but it wasn't raw if that makes since. And I also noticed that it was different bc when he was doing it it stung really bad like you have a uti or something. Idk what happened but I'm kinda worried and if anyone has an idea of what could be wrong with this whole thing that would be wonderful 😁
