Whhyyyyy

So I'm laying on my back and I tried to turn on to my right side and it hurt very badly. It feels like my vagina is being ripped open and I get a really bad cramp in my uterus area. Also walking and peeping hurt too. Does any one know why this is? Do I need to go to the doctor?

Update: I have an ovarian cyst
