Calling all work out ladies!
I have decided to start being healthy. And today after work i will start working out after work but at home and go for jogs. And fridays and weekends i will be going to the gym with my cousin. I weight 103.5 I'm skinny and short. But i want to work more on my thighs and butt and stomach because i get bloated a lot especially when eating.
Any advice? If you work out what do you do you do?
