Anyone else's look like this when the cord came off? My other 4 were clean normal belly buttons. Hers is still wet inside but doesn't smell/show signs of infection.

My guy has that. My midwife said to keep it clean by using hydrogen peroxide on qtips then making sure it's dry after cleaning. It's been working.

My daughters looks similar she has umbilical granulosum, it keep oozing due to a small growth inside the belly button. They have had to use silver nitrate once still wet so I'm sure at her two week they will agin.

The pediatrician can dab it with stuff that drys it up in a couple days. My daughters fell of at a few days and looked like these belly buttons. Well I took her in and in 3 days of the treatment she was good.

Yes! My son had that now it's closed up at 4 weeks but it was weird and still looked umbilical inside if that makes sense

As long as the skin isn't red around the belly button then it's alright. Mine took 3 weeks to stop oozing

Doc says it's normal. My little guys dried up after a day or two.
