Placenta Previa

When i got my anatomy scan at 20weeks, i was told that i had placenta previa. My placenta isn't completely covering my cervix, so they are saying its partial. Anyways today i woke up with pink spotting that lasted for a few hours and i went to the ER. As of now, i can't do any lifting and if the bleeding turns red and gets worse, i will be placed on bed rest. I have 3 weeks until my next appt, any other moms that have been diagnosed with placenta previa and had it move before you were 28-30weeks to avoid a C-section?
