Eczema?

I'm pretty sure my little guy has eczema on his face, chest, and back. Anyone have experience with this and have advice?

No! It's hormones and will go away eventually. All babies get it.

Red patches are really rough and dry. It is also on his ears. He had baby acne but that has gone. He has had some tummy troubles too which is related to eczema.
