Fingered, advice please?

So recently I was fingered by my boyfriend for the first time and l can't help but feel bad. I was super wet like more than I've ever been or experienced and it felt AMAZING. He licked his fingers after and said I tasted sweet. I was so wet and it got all over his fingers. Should I feel bad? Or just carry on like nothing happened?  It was enjoyable for me I just hope I didn't fuck things up for him. I was his first girl he's ever fingered.  Advice would be soooo appreciated :)
