Any dilation stories?
I was discharged from L&D but with good news. Was closed 04/01/16 and today am now finger tip dilated and completely soft. Doctor said baby is extremely healthy and big and I should try walking a ton and dancing to get my cervix to dilate more. Is there anything else I should try?
