Diet Advice?

Hi guys
My name is Emily, I'm 21 years old and this is my first baby. I'm 11 weeks and due 11/01/16.
I'm making this post in the hope that you guys can help me. I've been overweight my whole life. For the past 3/4 years now I kept my weight the same at 230 pounds. However, since January I have gained 12 pounds and I'm now 242. I know I'm supposed to gain at least 25 pounds with the baby, but I was wondering if there was any way I could improve my diet to where my baby and I get all our nutrients but I can keep my weight from rising too much?
Really what I'm asking for is advice and maybe some recipes to where I can get all my full daily doses of veggies, fruits, and grains without consuming many calories.
