High risk HPV detected: long post but need advice and positive vibes

So I had a pap done last May and the results came up positive for HPV 16, which is more likely to lead to cervical cancer than other types of HPV.   At that time, I was going through major custody issues with my kids' dad/my ex-husband and not taking care of myself (drinking A LOT, not exercising, etc).  I was very unhealthy and put on 50 pounds in a year from my bad choices.  Before all the crap went down with my ex, I was a healthy 130, fit, and happy.  So, I put off the colposcopy because I was scared.....then a few weeks later I found out was pregnant.  I am in a monogamous relationship with my SO and have been for over two years.
Fast forward:  I gave birth to our beautiful baby girl in February.  I went in for my post pardum visit yesterday, and I had a colposcopy done @ the same time since I hadn't had it done during my pregnancy.  My doctor said that my cervix looks very healthy, but she did two biopsies just to be sure since the HPV is high risk.  I am much healthier overall now, quit drinking, and eat very healthy since I found out I was pregnant.  I am 22 lbs lighter than I was from my very first prenatal visit, so I actually lost some unhealthy weight  while I was pregnant.
Anyway, I now have to wait a week before the results are in from the biopsy and I'm a nervous wreck!!!   I know that HPV can clear itself if you take care of yourself and minimize stress, which I have done, but I am still terrified that my doctor will come back with bad news.  I am just so disappointed in myself for my past behavior it makes me sick to my stomach.  I vow to NEVER EVER go back to that lifestyle and will go back to taking care of myself.  I owe it to my kids.
Anyone else go through this?
