I've been feeling this tightening and cramping starting like menstrual cramps and then my belly gets tight where I have to take a deep breath. The pain also radiates down the tops of my thighs. I have 2 children both induced with an epidural past 40 weeks so I never experienced contractions real or fake. I'm 36 weeks and 4 days. This time around I'm also already dialated some so it's like a whole new thing to me. Do you think these are real or fake contractions?
