Is this normal?

So I got into the shower and was washing my body and I noticed my nipples were hurting really bad even if I touched them softly. Is that normal? I'm not about to start my period. The only thing I could think of isovulating but I didn't think that affected your boobs or anything.. Help?

There is actually a condition, I can't remember the name, where your boobs are sensitive at a certain time of the month. It's usually not due to PMS. It's totally harmless though, just annoying haha

It's ok for that to happen, but if it continues for too long please go get it checked out. If it's normal for your body then I doubt it's anything much.
