Losing a pet while pregnant 💔

Has anyone else had to put their pet down or lose a loved one while pregnant. I'm 19w1day and need to put my dog down who I absolutely adore. I haven't been able to stop crying and I'm worried it could affect my pregnancy. How does anyone get through this 💔
