Can someone tell me if period like cramps are like having contractions? I've been feeling like this all day they come and go and feel them in my back. I haven't timed them or do I know how far apart they are. All I know is they make me want to go to the bathroom when I get them and it's very uncomfortable. I don't want to go into the hospital and it be a false alarm. Any suggestions?
