Help! Weight gain!

Over the past 2 years I went from a size 4 pants to a size 13 pant size. I loved my body when it was a size 6 pant size because I still had curves but I was skinny as well. Now I'm all curves. Went from weighing 135 to 165. Wide hips with a fat butt. Insecure about my belly chub. I really want to look summer ready like I used to. But I don't have time to work out. Any suggestions?
