Do you use a diaper bag?

Someone told me not to get a diaper bag because they got one and never even used it that its not useful at all. I find this kind rediculous. Why would I not use a diaper bag just because you didn't?what do you mamas use?

I always used a diaper bag. Definitely get one, they come in handy! And if you don't end up using it, no big loss.

Diaper bag is a must.  I know some people are ok with just theowing a diaper and wipes in their purse, but I don't want nasty clothes hanging out in my purse if baby has a blowout.  Not to mention all the little necessities.

My sons 2 and I use a diaper bag for him to and I have a new one for my daughter as well I tend to over pack tho but better safe then sorry!(:

I used one with my first for about 9 months then I got bored and just bought a regular bag/purse which is what I still use for my almost 1 year old and when my newborn is here within the next 2 weeks I will not be using a diaper bag just a regular purse. It's up to you what you prefer :) but diaper bags do come in handy idk why she said they don't

I still occasionally use our diaper bag and my little girl is 3 years old now! I used it every single day when she was little and will be using it every day again once this one is born.

Okay, so what do they expect you to hold everything in your hand at doctors appointments and in public? Diaper bags are definitely useful. Whoever told you that is a Damn hippy.

I use a large purse for baby and me when going out. Then I have a large tote in backseat of car for extra baby supplies.

The real question is who uses their while diaper bag for everything including making it dually used for their own wallet and belongings? I totally did that with my son. Got a nice big coach diaper bag and it was the only thing other than him I had to tote around!

Nope, I just keep stuff in the car in a regular bag. When I get off I stick 1 diaper in my purse and a thin pack of baby wipes. If I needed formula I put the bottle in my purse (with the cover on, water already measured inside) and a zip lock with formula and a scoop inside). With babies I used thin, disposable changing pads. (If I forgot I placed napkins on changing table) The only time I've ever used a diaper bag is on vacation at SeaWorld.
