Is too late to wear braces at the age of 20?

I have a gap and I'm trying to close it. People still make fun of me including my ex boyfriend and this decreases my confidence. Any advice?cant smile in pictures or even open my mouth fully when a guy approach me.

No its not too old. I know tons of adults with braces. But I also know tons of adults with gaps. Me... I have the gap. IDC. Lol. Either way you decide... And don't let anyone get you down about anything. I'm sure you're beautiful with your gap and I'm sure you'll be just as beautiful with braces. Some people just need to grow up.... Honestly 20 is too old to be poking fun at.someone with a gap... Smh... That soooo seriously some.middle school shit. 🙄

I have a gap problem too and get made fun of all the time I hate it so much I never smile for pictures...I'm in the same boat have always wanted to get braces but could never afford them I am 26 and still probably have no shot  at getting braces but if I could I would so go for it and be confident!!!

If it'll make you happier and more confident in yourself than go for it! You're never too old for anything. Life is too short to worry about things about that. Plus why is your ex boyfriend making fun of you?? cut that asshole out of your life, girl. Literally no one needs negativity and self esteem issues in their life.
