Confused

Okay ladies, I've had two faint pregnancy tests, and a negative, one in the morning n two in the afternoon, I have slight back cramping, I'm 4 days late on my period, can I really be pregnant? I don't want to get too excited in case I'm not but this has never happened before! I have no signs of my period like I normally get either like sore breasts, cramps, I always get back cramps and I get very emotional. So I'm confused, can this really be my time? My husband and I have been trying since May 20th, 2015! Almost a year! Any tips would be helpful, thanks! :)
