Do you think decaf coffee/tea is safe while ttc or pregnant?

They say (I know, who is they anyways?) Regular coffee is preferred over decaf because of the process to decaf it. There is a safe limit "they" say. I just took that and got on sbux and figured what I can have safely. I had to stop by 5 weeks because the smell made me sickn but I enjoy it again now!

I am drinking decaf :)  decaf tea has no caffeine, decaf coffee had only 1 mg caffeine or non :)

I drank decaf coffee for a whole but in the end went off coffee when I was pregnant. I intend to drink it again if I'm luck enough to fall pregnant this time.

I drink coffee and tea NOT decaf, with my first I drank it everyday all day and while I was pregnant, I cut back a bit but no a lot she's going to be 2 in June and she's a mini Genius
