Does anyone else have insomnia?

It's crazy because I am much more tired than usual but I am waking up at 3 or 4 am almost every day now! And I can't go back to sleep so I read preggo and baby books or work on my registries until I have to get ready for work. So then I am in bed by 9 pm. A vicious cycle! 😹

Yes. I'm a bad sleeper by nature but I wake up every hour and up early. I'm a morning person though so if im lucky enough yo sleep until 430 I hit the gym.

Yes like crazy but I had it before I got prego but since I been prego it's worst. So when I get up and can't go back to sleep I have found that reading or coloring helps me..

I've been having that like crazy.  I just take a safe over the counter melatonin or unisom and it helps when I remember to take it.

Yes, I have very bad insomnia too. I'm 12 weeks along and wake up every night between 1 and 2 am. Any safe relief out there?
