Meditation while pregnant?
I'm 5 weeks +1 and am having a hard time with my anxiety and stress. I had a m/c at 5 weeks in December and even though I know they're common I'm still worried. Has anyone had success with their mood swings and stress with meditation?
I've created a mantra this week that has helped me calm down, "I love myself. I love my baby" I repeat it in my head and it calms me down pretty quick. But I'd like to create a steady routine of meditation so I have a more stress free pregnancy :)
