When to test after +opk

I received a positive opk on 4/9 & 4/10 it was a little lighter but still pretty strong. When should I test for hcg? My periods are very irregular so saying wait until you miss your period does not apply to me. Some months they are 33 others are 47. Any help would be appreciated.
